Carol was born into the real estate business. Her father, Frederick Taylor, was the President of the Los Angeles Board of Realtors and had one of the largest residential real estate brokerage firms in Los Angeles for 65 years. Like her father, Carol believes in a strong work ethic. Integrity is at the heart of all her client relationships.
Carol and her husband have purchased, leased, built and sold commercial buildings during their careers. She understands both the financial and emotional sides of real estate – the things that motivate and the things that cause us to hesitate. She thrives on helping people get through those times.
Carol earned a Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation. She has in-depth knowledge on technical subjects and the fundamentals of real estate to better help prospective home buyers and sellers. With several years of independent legal study, Carol is particularly well versed in compliance and due diligence. As a past President and CFO, she is an excellent negotiator which translates into an asset to each real estate transaction.
Carol is passionate about the communities she represents. She advises buyers and sellers in Allen, McKinney, Lucas, Fairview, Plano, Frisco and Prosper, as well as many of the new construction communities in North Dallas. She serves on the Steering Committee of Leadership Allen Fairview supporting the development and positive impact on the business community. She believes in actively participating in events which contribute to the betterment of these dynamic communities.
